BUSTIN FAT'S NEW YEAR'S RESOLUTION
Walk your way thin in 2010!!!! The walk will start on January 9Th at 7am . The location is the shaver complex. The distance is 5 miles and your backpack should weigh at least 25 pounds. The winner of the walk, will win a free month membership to Bustin fat classes at core 24.

Bustin Fat class schedule is: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday morning 5am to 6am . One hour of power, exercises will be a combination of cardio and strength training.

Fire up there Metabolism with cardio!!! 3 times a week.The Fat Buster's need to do 30-Minute Interval jogging to Bust Fat. Alternate 2-minute bursts of high intensity running with 2-minute bouts of moderate intensity jogging to boost calorie burn during and after exercise.

SENECA — Ask Staff Sergeant Verrio Keese why he joined a military training team in Iraq and you will get a straightforward answer.

"Mentally I already think of myself as being the best of the best," said Keese, a Seneca native back in town after a three-month deployment overseas. "I'm a real warrior. A lot of people talk about it. I live it."

For Keese, a 35-year-old Seneca High School graduate, living it means self-discovery while learning about the cultures and belief structures in Iraq. His group, the Military Transition Team (MiTT), is responsible for training Iraqi Army soldiers to a U.S. military strength level.

Pam is one of the Fat Buster's that stands out because of her participation and determination in the Bustin Fat Program. She continues to lead from the front with outstanding muscle tone in her upper and lower body.

Bustin Fat has started using Plyometric exercises to tone your body, and slim down fast. Plyometics is a system of training where you use a tool (such as a medicine ball) or the ground as resistance to develop muscle tissue elasticity and stretch reflex threshold for quick explosive strength.

Example: Jumping off bench to ground then quickly rebounding to another bench.

Fat Loss Tips:
  • Never skip meals
  • Exercise daily
  • Maximize the thermogenic effect by keeping protein levels up, increasing activity,
    and taking supplement factors.
  • Do not drastically reduce your total daily calorie intake.
  • Eat fat free foods, and eat plenty of vegetables.
 
 
This is Jonn Ramsey,he joined bustin fat to enter the military. He weighted 262 lb when we started Bustin fat Dec 22,2008. Then we looked at the scale 5 months later and he had lost 40 pounds. I continue to tell people only two things can happen when you start bustin fat. You either get on board and bust fat or get out the way. Because bustin fat can't be stopped,once you start you won't stop!!!
